1. Butter heat insulation water to liquefaction, add sugar and mix well. 2. Then add the whole egg liquid and beat evenly. 3. Add milk and vanilla extract and stir well. 4. Pour into the sifted low-gluten flour and stir until there is no dry powder. 5. Sieve the batter further to screen out small particulate matter, leaving a very smooth batter. 6. Take a small flat-bottomed non-stick pan and heat it with minimum fire. If you can feel the heat in the pan, you can dig a spoonful of batter and pour it in. The crust must be thin to make it look good. 7. The fried cake skin can be turned over slightly, and each side can be fried for about 20-30 seconds. Repeat this step until the batter is used up. 8. Stir mascarpone cheese with sugar. 9. Repeat this step with one layer of cake crust and one layer of inner stuffing, as shown in the figure, until all the cake crust and mascarpone cheese are used up. For the sake of beauty, wipe the inner stuffing flowing out. 10. The seemingly ordinary, but actually delicious lasagna cake is finished. Enjoy it. Bonappetite.
