According to the needs of customers, cooperate with the construction, guide the installation, and even guide and train a group of personnel who can independently complete the maintenance task for the user unit to ensure that the project is completed on time and according to quality.

For the quality problems raised by customers, the company will give reasonable explanations and make rectification in a timely manner. Our company will compensate users for the losses caused by product quality problems.
After-sales commitment (within warranty period)
During the warranty period, all faults and quality problems except man-made damage and force majeure factors are repaired free of charge.
It is promised that the response time for repair is 1 hour, and the company will arrive at the scene as soon as possible. The maintenance shall be carried out continuously until the fault is eliminated.
Develop a sound customer file, regular telephone visits, to understand the use of products.
After-sales commitment (outside the warranty period)
All products are given lifetime maintenance, and maintenance outside the warranty period is only charged for materials, excluding labor costs.
According to customer requirements, a group of operators who can be maintained and repaired can be trained free of charge to ensure the normal operation of the product.
Indemnification Commitment
The company promises to compensate users for losses caused by product quality problems and construction period problems, except for man-made damage or force majeure.
